After a year of recovery and starring in the American sitcom Baby Boom, disaster struck again. During a routine mammogram, another cluster of cancer cells was detected in Jackson’s left breast. This news hit her hard emotionally, forcing her to confront a range of challenging emotions.
But Kate Jackson is not one to back down. Determined to stay positive, she made a conscious choice to focus on optimism. “Whenever negative thoughts came my way, I simply brushed them aside,” she shared. This mindset, coupled with her unwavering strength, helped her face the battle once more.
