The fortunate man, known only as A. Campbell, additionally wore a thick coat, long pants, and gloves to mask his identify.

“Usually, I would write down the winning numbers from the (televised) draw, eat, and then check my numbers,” he said.
I raced into my bathroom that evening and shouted, “I won, I won,” after looking at my ticket.
The lottery winner also explained his spending goals, saying, “I want to buy a good house. Although I haven’t discovered one yet, I will do so shortly. I enjoy dealing with money. I don’t borrow or beg for money.
“As a result, I am considering items that can generate revenue. I want to expand my small business and purchase an apartment. I adore having money.
