Joanne Harrison, the mother of Rick Harrison from the popular TV show “Pawn Stars,” has recently filed a civil lawsuit against her son and associated corporate entities. According to court filings, Harrison’s lawyers have initiated the civil lawsuit in a Nevada state court, naming Harrison’s mother, himself, Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, Harrison Properties, and JoRich Properties as defendants. Rick Harrison, famously known as “The Old Man” on “Pawn Stars,” has emphatically denied allegations that he mistreated his 81-year-old mother, Joanne. The breach-of-contract complaint filed against him claims that Joanne Harrison was married to her spouse for an incredible 58 years until his passing.
The allegations state that Rick exerted significant pressure on Joanne to transfer her majority share in the pawnshop while she was hospitalized in 2000 or 2001. However, Rick vehemently denies these accusations, asserting that they are baseless and without merit.
