Audrina Patridge, known for her role in the reality TV show The Hills, recently shared the heartbreaking news of her niece Sadie Loza’s passing. Sadie, who was only 15 years old, was the daughter of Audrina’s sister Casey Loza and Aaron Hershman.
In a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, Audrina expressed her profound sadness and the difficulty of saying goodbye. She wrote, “I know it’s not goodbye forever, but it is the hardest to say goodbye for now. We will miss you and treasure every moment we had with you. Rest in peace!! We will love you forever and ever!” The pain of losing her niece was evident in her words.
Many celebrities and friends, including Brody Jenner, Rachel Bilson, Paris Hilton, and Ashley Greene Khoury, expressed their love, prayers, and condolences in the comments section, offering support to Audrina and her family during this difficult time.
Casey Loza, Sadie’s mother, also shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram. Like Audrina, she struggled to find the right words to express her grief. In her caption, Casey wrote, “Sadie liked to remind me of the first law of thermodynamics, also known as the Law of Conservation of Energy. Transformation is preferable to death. Her story will save many lives. Her memory will live on forever. You brilliant Starseed, rest in peace.”
Sadie’s stepfather, Kyle Loza, also paid tribute to her on Instagram. He expressed his deep love for her and promised to keep her memory alive. Kyle, a freestyle motocross rider and musician, married Casey in 2009, a year after Sadie’s birth.
The couple also has two other children together. Draven, their first child, who will be turning 13 in April 2023, was born in 2010. They also have a 4-year-old son named Vallon, born in October 2018.
On a different note, Audrina Patridge has a daughter of her own, Kirra Max. Kirra, now six years old, was born on June 24, 2016, just a few months before Audrina married motorcycle and BMX rider Cory Bohan. Unfortunately, the marriage was short-lived, as Audrina filed for divorce and a restraining order against Bohan, citing abuse and violence. The divorce was finalized in December 2018, bringing Audrina peace of mind concerning her safety and her daughter’s.
Since her time on The Hills, Audrina hasn’t been involved in many significant projects. She did, however, compete on Season 11 of Dancing With the Stars, making it to the sixth week before being eliminated. She finished in seventh place with her dance partner, Tony Dovolani.
