  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz) tomato soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) warm water
  • 1 package wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained very well
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 pan. Set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and cook the chopped onion until translucent. Add garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
  4. While the noodles are cooking, drain the sauerkraut well and spread it evenly in the greased pan. Sprinkle the sauerkraut with brown sugar.
