At the King Charles’ birthday parade, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis might have come into a smelly issue.

King Charles III celebrates his first birthday as a royal by participating in the Trooping the Colour ritual at Horse Guards Parade in the heart of London with Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte.

It’s possible that Prince Louis ran into a smelly scenario while Trooping the Colour!

On Saturday, members of the royal family attended the inaugural birthday parade honoring King Charles, the reigning British monarch. Similar to last year, Prince Louis led his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, through the streets of London in a parade while stealing the show.

The youngest child of Kate Middleton and Prince William was seen holding his nose and making a face at one point during the journey.

Louis, age 5, might have caught a scent of one of the many horses who participated in the parade.

As is customary when Trooping the Colour, a cleanup team follows the march to get rid of any remnants of the participating horses. In fact, throughout the live broadcast, shouts for the cleaners could be heard from the throng lined the Mall from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards Parade.

Prince George’s sneeze during the carriage trip was another unplanned incident.

Four royals — King Charles, Prince William, Princess Anne, and Prince Edward – rode on horses for the occasion this year, while others boarded carriages for the procession.

Prince Louis continued his endearing antics when the royal family gathered on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch planes perform an aerial performance, joyfully pointing, waving, pointing… and even delivering his best salute!

During the King’s Birthday Parade, often known as “Trooping the Color,” in London, a regiment of the Household Division Foot Guards called the Coldstream Guards parades down The Mall.

Prince Louis wore a tie for the second time, this time with red shorts and knee socks. Just a few months ago, the young prince made his bow tie debut at the family’s Easter church picnic.

The Princess of Wales’ decision to wear sky blue rather than navy made the suit more playful and age-appropriate, according to British childrenswear designer Rachel Riley, who said at the time, “This was the first time we saw his little brother Louis wear a blazer and tie in public. He also complemented his mother and sister brilliantly, which he can still do despite being the youngest.

Prince Louis wore red accents in his clothing to match Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 8. Prince William donned his red uniform during this time, and Princess Kate chose a green outfit in a tribute to both her new position as Colonel of the Irish Guards and William’s Earthshot Prize by selecting a Singaporean designer.

The family’s synchronized outfits created the Welsh flag’s colors when combined. Given that William and Kate were participating in their first Trooping the Colour as the Prince and Princess of Wales, it was a kind gesture.

After the Trooping the Colour ceremony was shortened in 2020 and 2021 due to the coronavirus outbreak, George, Charlotte, and Louis all made their carriage debuts last year. The late Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee festivities, which honored her 70-year reign, kicked out with the 2022 birthday parade as the main event.

The royal children, however, have even more experience on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. At his father Prince William’s inaugural Trooping the Colour in 2015, Prince George made his first appearance on the terrace, and Princess Charlotte followed suit in 2016. In 2019, it was Prince Louis’ time to display his royal wave.

Just last month, as part of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation day, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis also traveled in a horse-drawn carriage and made an appearance on the royal balcony.
