The European-style residence in California has a motor court, speakeasy, soccer field, and other opulent features.

From outside of his Los Angeles home, Rod Stewart is rocking!

The 78-year-old British rocker has officially marketed his mansion in Beverly Hills in the European style for $70 million. Richard Landry, the architect who also built Mark Wahlberg’s Beverly Hills home and Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s former Brentwood mega-mansion, created it specifically for Stewart in the 1990s.

The expansive 38,500 square foot property has a guest home and a number of opulent amenities, like a soccer field, a motor court, and a sparkling pool.

The listing is presently held by Douglas Elliman’s Michelle Oliver.

Residents can first take in the lovely fountain in the car court before entering the opulent home through the mansion’s columned entrance. The big room on the first floor is the ideal place for entertaining because it has dark wooden floors and a hand-painted bar.

The house has two sitting areas: the den and tea room. They both have wood-burning fireplaces and are decorated in an English-style.

A white marble center island with matching white cabinetry provides extra space for meal preparation in the kitchen.

The primary bedroom provides inhabitants with additional luxury thanks to its two bathrooms and large wardrobes.

The main suite also has access to the spacious outdoor terrace with a pool view that is available for sitting.

The house also has a speakeasy and a private movie room. An appealing pool, a spa-like jacuzzi, a built-in BBQ, and a fireplace are some of the outside amenities.
