Alves has undergone multiple nose procedures as well as “cat-eye lift” surgery. She has now made the commitment to permanently cease getting surgery, thus her efforts have finally paid off.

Jessica later admitted that she had always known she was a girl despite being born Rodrigo Alves and given a male gender at birth in Brazil. When her grandfather gave her the dolls when she was little, she became fascinated with them. Alves was an introverted child who frequently struggled with self-confidence. Later, as a young adult, she made the decision to have plastic surgery in order to address her body-related problems.
By 2018, she had spent $500,000 on cosmetic operations and had earned the moniker “human Ken doll.”
Alves had reportedly spent more than $500K on cosmetic procedures by the time he was 35 years old, according to the TV personality. Alves was then still known as Rodrigo, and many called her a “human Ken doll” because of her blonde hair and chiseled appearance. She had invested thousands of dollars in “cat eye lift” treatments, multiple nose jobs, and figure-enhancing surgeries.
Alves came out as trans in 2020 and underwent surgery to change her gender.
Jessica Alves made the decision to come out to the public in 2020 and said that she would be having gender reassignment surgery and that she identified as a woman. “I go by the name Ken, but I’ve always wanted to be Barbie inside. I attempted to live my life like a man for years. I lied to myself about having a false six-pack and fake muscles in my arms. I’ve always had a feminine intellect since I’m a woman. Now my body is in sync with my intellect,” Alves admitted.
Alves has so far spent an astounding $1 million on cosmetic procedures, but he has made a commitment to quit.
Alves had additional body alterations to have a female-presenting body after coming out as transgender. She showed off a curvy physique, full lips, and an even smaller nose after removing her abs. The total sum of money she had spent on cosmetic procedures by 2023 had increased to an astounding $1 million.
Jessica Alves recently declared she was “100% done with plastic surgery,” so it appears she is finally happy with her physique. And said, “I feel wonderful and look amazing. I take great pride in being a woman because I adore it. I pictured myself as a child having long hair and a voluptuous body, and here I am, the woman of my dreams.
